Title: grand piano model d code is not on my account

i have a arturia mk2 and registered it, when i saw my product codes on the my account page all it showed was Ableton Live Lite serial number and not the grand piano serial number . i dont know what to do. dose anybody else have the same problem or at least a solution

sorry for the delay of my answer.
As i can only help with purely technical aspects of the minilab mkII itself, i checked your case with colleagues @ tech support.
It seems your your UVI license issue is resolved since march 31st.

Got a Minilab MK2 as well. I also couldn't find a download / serial for the Grand Piano. There's a few sheets that have instructions for all the softrware & registering your MiniLab. One side has info on the Grand Piano but there are no links of where to go to get it! It's not in my downloads either.
