Title: I Have Spark Hardware But can´t register the Software Licence

Hello everyone,

I bought Spark used from Olx in Portugal Lisbon some 5 weeks ago, everything included in the box

I have the serial number and the activation code.
But for some reason im not able to activate the software.

Is there a way to register the software ?

Registration Failed.
Is it possible to request a new activation code ?

Your best bet here is to e-mail them about this. Use the support section of the website to get there. They are MUCH better at getting back to e-mails than they are at responding in the forums. I don't even think they read it more than once per week, if that much LOL.
