Title: Distortion effect acts wacky between saved projects

I feel like this has been a problem since spark 2.0, and other effects had this issue too. They are all fine now except "distortion".Every time I save a project with it and dial in good settings, opening up the project later creates some random results with the distortion effect. It does not load up the the correct settings, often with speaker shreading results. Automation does not seem to help the situation. Bug fix?
