Title: Beatstep firmware updates

Probably a silly question (I just bought one of these), but when I update to the latest firmware, does the update include all the previous versions updates. I'm honestly not used to this sort of thing as I've never owned anything that had firmware updates before.

Firmware updates (usually) are in practice the latest full version of the firmware, so yes, the latest update is simply the latest version of the firmware.
