Title: Couple of issues with arpeggiator and output, would this fix work?

Couple of issues with my minibrute:

1. Main output is dead.
2. Headphone output works when turned all the way up. Then a little bit of sound comes out. But barely.
3. Arpeggiator LED is always flashing, even if arpeggiator switch is off/hold.

Flashed to newest firmware. All cables are secure and fastened in. Resoldered the main output jack pads (they were wiggling loose) - still no sound. I am thinking the TL074CD op amp (U606A on the board) is dead.

Not sure why the arpeggiator always blinks. It at least works though and cycles through on/off/hold.

Would a new connector board fix these issues? It would have a new op amp and jacks, but whatever broke the arpeggiator might not be fixed.
