Title: Activation after repair?

Recently I had to send my MacBook Pro off for warranty repair work   Prior to this I had successfully installed and activated both the V Collection 4 and the V Collection 5.  After getting my machine back from SquareTrade, both sets of products (and other non-Arturia products as well) show to not be activated.  This is the same machine as before and I really don't want to "waste" an activation on a machine that had already been activated.  Is there any way to get that prior activation "reset"?  I have a full backup of the machine prior to sending off - is there any way to restore something from that backup to re-activate?
