Title: Does tech support actually ever respond?

My experience has been no, they don't. I also submitted a ticket in addition to posting on the forums. They responded to the ticket and gave me some options. I responded and haven't heard anything for a week and a half even though I followed up. The tech support side of things is really lacking. Even just an indication that support is backed up would be helpful. Hearing nothing makes it feel like you're never going to get your problem resolved.
