Title: I need old version V collection back.

The new V Collection is crashing my Advance keyboard VIP software host and I need to roll back to the previous version or rather have the old version on my system as well. I had wiped my computer of the old version when I upgraded to the new V5. My downloads section doesn't give me the old version any more. Do I have to contact customer service or do I need to look in another place?

Are you using the Arturia Software Centre?

Mine shows all the licences and downloads I have for the V collections 3/4/5

In your Arturia account under "My Products" you can find download links for all your purchased products. If your products is not found in ASC, then you can try that.

Ah, I tried via Arturia site my account and merely got the first version of 5. I see there is V collection and V collection update in Software Center. Will try that.

When you get your original V Collection back keep in mind both VC4 and VC5 coexist quite happily on the same computer - there's no reason to wipe the old version.
