Hi there,
I sent off my Origin Desktop to Arturia many weeks ago via tracked courier and i can see it has been signed for as having been received by Arturia. I have subsequently fired off several emails requesting acknowledgement that they have at least received my synth for repair, but to no avail. Can anybody please suggest a tried and tested method for getting a reply from their tech support dept.
