Title: version 4 installer installs new V3 plugins!

Very annoying waiting ages to download some v4 plugins only to find they are v3 and the welcomeapp seems to hide download location as well  ???

I think there are 'V Collection 4', 'V Collection 5' product packs,  and these include v3 ( version 3) plugins
Perhaps there is confusion with the 'V Collection' number, referring to the products, and the 'v' of the plugin version?

Just go to downloads and click v collection 5 and then archives. V collection 4 installer is there but it installs v3 products that unless you have paid the upgrade you obviously cannot use. I advise that people download the individual installers for each plugin.
