I have had some issues with key breaking on my Keylab 61. Mind you I haven't been hitting the board hard. Mainly pads and some lead playing live. I was getting good at using Superglue to fix the broken black plastic pieces underneath the keybed. After the 5th broken key I sent an email to support. They quickly responded and asked some general purchase and registration info. Within a couple weeks I had a brand new keybed shipped to me. Easy to replace and feeling good. :D  Thank you Arturia!
