Title: KeyLab 88 key noises

Has anyone problem with loud mechanism of particular keys while playing KeyLab 88? Some keys during medium-hard and hard attack (with forte dynamic) makes something like sharp click noises when pressed. Velocity and overall key feel is ok but these click-noises are very frustrating. Should be "soft bottom" like other keys but isn't. It is very uncomfortable when playing with quiet monitoring.
Should I to consider warranty service?

I think you should, I wouldn't describe my keybed as sounding like a "sharp click"
