Title: Cycle through waveforms with one button
Post by: GS on March 26, 2016, 12:35:17 am
Hey everyone!

I am new to the forum and the Arturia universe.

I have a MIDI controller that I use to control the Minimoog V. I have run out of faders to use to control the synth, but I have a few buttons that I can assign.

I would like to assign a button to the Oscillator's Waveform select knob where each time I click the button, it goes to the next waveform. Is this possible? Is there a way to set it to do so? I cannot seem to find any information regarding this on this forum or elsewhere. I found something related but the solution was to use a knob or fader to control the waveform but I have run out of knobs and faders haha

I want to get the most out of my controller and I want to avoid using the mouse and screen as much as possible since it hinders live performance.

Hope this can be done. Thanks!

That actually depend on your controller. If you have an option on your controller to set a button to "Step" mode or perhaps even to "Toggle" mode, then it should be possible. Please refere to your controllers manual about this.
The rest is assigment as usual.
