Title: Keylab 61 will not go into firmware update mode

I have just got a KL61 with Bitwig Producer pack and I'm trying to update from 1.25 to 1.33 firmware using the control centre 1.2.2.429 to perform update and I go through the process of unplug and power up holding down the Sound/Edit/Multi have tried 3 USB cables, tried just using the power switch and the device will simply not go into the "UPDATE" mode so fails every time I try to update

Device appears on Audio Midi Setup and I"m using OSX 10.10

Any ideas?

You cat try to reset the keyboard by holding the Octave Up and Octave Down and powering the keyboard (while holding those two buttons)
