Hey, I really need some help with a weird behaviour..

Everything worked fine, didn't touch the Micro for a few days, so I opened it and suddenly it's like the default pitch is 3 octaves lower... meaning I can't do higher pitched voicing.. only bass notes (and inaudible ones since I believe there's only 5 octaves total..). Is there a way to 'hard-reset' the micro? anything I can do?

It's not a MIDI thing, the default keyboard, MIDI and USB all produce the same thing.
