Title: How can I use Spark VSTi as MIDI Master Sync in DAW, Reaper Specifically??

As per the thread title, pretty much. Is it even possible to set Spark as master sync in a DAW or other host software?
Barring that, how can I set up Spark Standalone to by MIDI Master Sync in standalone with other standalones, such as Analog Lab?
