Title: Some Controls on Keylab 61 are not working or changing random things in Logic

I hope there's a simple solution...
I use Keylab 61 with latest Analogue Lab. Before update everything was fine, but now some of the knobs are changing things in Logic smart controls and other random things.
Any idea how to fix this?
I have not updated to El Capitan yet.
