Title: SEM V does not recognize program change ??
Post by: engineerjoel on November 17, 2015, 11:42:12 pm
All my Arturia softsynths respond to MIDI program change except the SEM V.

What's the quick fix for this?

thanks,

Yes it looks like you can use Program change on the older VST2. On the VST3 Matrix and Solina you have a step preset selection only, and on SEM for some reason none at all. Perhaps Arturia or someone else can tell why it's so, or even better a way to use Program Change with SEM now.

Even if it's not optimal, then if using Program Change in SEM is not possible, then you for the moment can use SEM in/ thru Analog Lab and use the Live features if your DAW supports this. It's perhaps a workaround. I don't know which DAW's that support the Live features in Analog Lab. I have'nt tried it. If you use AU's this option is not possible i think. Please refer to your manuals.
