I was trying to upgrade my keyboard as the Midi Control Center prompted me to. I held down "Sound" "Multi" and "Edit" for a couple seconds. Not only did the upgrade instal randomly crash, but now my keyboard is completely frozen. Only the "Sound" "Multi" and "Edit" will light up. But the keyboard will not function.

Then I restarted the KeyLab manually and held the buttons down again. But got this instead.

I am completely confused and have no idea how to turn the Midi back to factory settings.
Any help out there?

Hey.
Please create a ticket on the support section of the Arturia's website.
And send me the ticket number in PM.
This unit needs to be repaired.
Kindly

I've tried messaging you, but I think the site is dropping my PM's. Cause it's saying nothing is sending and I haven't got an email back after sending 3 to you

Good luck with this........I had the same exact issue with my keylab 49 and I emailed a few times about the issue and got ZERO response. I now have a dead keylab 49 that just says "update" on the screen.
