Hi again,

regarding Bitwig, at this point i still can't get my BSP to work.
I have a Keylab 49 connected and the BSP and both fine in solo Arturia instruments, Logic and Ableton.
In BitWig, as soon as i start the BSP the midi seems to be overloaded with messages and i can not play the KeyLab anymore , add a controller or do anything else.
Are there any options i have to set in the Midi Control Centre that will stop the BSP from clogging the midi ?
I am thinking MMC messages or anything like that

Thanks in advance

Could it be possible to get a tutorial on the MIDI CONTROL CENTER please?

Just a simple tutorial, covering one synth...saving and moving templates...when I open that editor I have a feeling I am in one of the levels of Inception.

...where do I save, move, midi map?...there can be 16 different midi maps "per synth", per "scene"...right? (total 48 per scene? project is times 16?...768 midi maps :o
(I'm not going to do them)..lol
I can't figure out how and where I save a template ...The manual is outdated and is not for bsp..
I would like to know how to put a midi template "A" into scene 1 and template "B" into scene 2...

I would make one but I'm in the middle of moving home so a lot of my gear is in storage.

Having trouble using my BSP with Pro Tools. I've followed the user guide here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-1e9zXr5JIla3pXZEZ3RTNQZmc/view) but to no avail.

I'm a mac user and very new to electronic music. I am a tech savvy guy, not well versed in MIDI.

Any help would be appreciated :)

I made a guide on how to set it up with a sp505.
It works really well in control mode you can change the sample banks instantly so for example you could change a drum kit with one button press or a turn of a knob.

I've just got a sp404sx so I'll probably do another guide on that once I figure it all out

Hello there,

I have two BSPs and I want to start/stop them in sync, however, each one of them having its own BPM.

For example, BSP one has 30BPM and BSP two has 40 BPM.What I want:  I start BSP one and at once BSP two gets started as well, but without inheriting the 30BPM, just keeping its own 40BPM.

I have tried MIDI filter boxes, TR, TRS, TS, MIDI clock connections, both through MIDI ports and clock ports, as well as both with black and grey MIDI connectors, as well as through MIDI ports with passive and active (filtered) MIDI boxes (such as MidiTech 4Thru), but to no avail. I do not (want to) use any computer. I want/need a 100% hardware solution. Or firmware solution.

I cannot find anywhere in any tutorial how exactly to do this.

Thanks!

Right Away, the Reaper tutorial the part in bold.
Looks like someone cut and pasted this in a hurry.

""""2. SET REAPER AS A MIDI CLOCK SLAVE

3. SET UP REAPER TRANSPORT CONTROL
Pro tools support to be a Midi clock slave only with MTC, SPP+clock, and SMPTE LTC. Beatstep
pro doesn’t provide this feature."""""""
