Title: Problem with Spark 2 & Logic Pro X
Post by: A40 on May 12, 2015, 09:01:29 pm
Hi,
I'm new at using plugins with Logic Pro. I added Spark as a new instrument and I exported the MIDI-Track by drag and drop from the Sequencer Tab in Spark.
The problem is, when I start playing the track the cursor leaves the green MIDI-Area, I can still hear the pattern I created, but I want it to stop.
How do I solve this?

Have you switched off the "Host" button in the top of the Spark window?  This feature tells spark whether to start it's internal sequencer when logic is also started.  With this turned off, Spark will play the notes in your MIDI region only, just like any other instrument plugin.

This solved the problem, thank you very much, I would've never figured this out by myself. :)
