Title: I cannot register sparkLE - the unlock key does not work

Hello,
I have borowed a sparkLe from a friend of mine and after i have made an account i cannot register the sparkle. I have the serial number and the unlock key but they don t seem to work. It gives me this message

"Ooch, sorry but something went wrong !
This licence is not valid, please check again the Serial and unlock code provided to you.."

Please help, i really want to get things started.
