I purchased V Collection 4 yesterday and have not received the download link/SN for my purchase. I called my CC company and have been charged. Checked my junk mail folder, nothing was there. I emailed support and have not yet received a reply.

I did receive a confirmation email and receipt of my transaction just no way to get my product.

I'm not very happy about this. I should be able to download my purchase as soon as I as my CC is charged.

I'm posting here as I have yet to hear from sales/support.

It's the weekend, give it till Monday, you'll likely have it in your ASC. 
The cc charge part is automatic, the rest go through human activity before you get your stuff.
