Title: Keylab 88 not synchronising with the Arturia Midi Control Centre.

My Keylab 88 is not synchronising with the Arturia Midi Control Centre. I have tried tech support but so far (over four weeks) no help.

I am using an iMac with OS X Mavericks 10.9.5. I have read else where on these forums that the Midi Control Centre does not work with OS X Mavericks 10.9.5. - is this true?

I have tried using different usb cables and ports... I would gratefully receive any help with this!
