Two independent monophonic sequencers, each having up to 64 steps per sequence. Per step length, velocity, gate. Supports legato
16 sequences per project, 16 projects
One drum sequencer (16 independent tracks), quantized live recording (pads), seems to be in addition to the two other sequencers
Ribbon-controlled looper (?) & roll effect, randomizer effect
Independent swing per sequence
Trigger DAW clips using trigger mode
MIDI drum pad, MIDI controller. Knobs are touch sensitive.
USB, MIDI in/out, CV/gate. Clock in & out.
3 CV output per sequencer (pitch, velocity, gate) + 8 gates output for the drum sequencer
Tap tempo
USB class compliant

Looks very nice, but I suppose this means we won't get any new firmware for the "Classic" BeatStep any time soon...?
I'm still keeping my fingers crossed, though!

So glad I just bought a beatstep. It will certainly fit in the same near and dear place to my heart as my Spark. :'(
