Title: WTS Spark LE

I want to sell my spark LE, but i get no feedback from support, i tryed to de register the software on saturday, and created a ticket, but till today i did not get any feedback. How does it work ? Do they remove the license code, and then i can resell it ? I dont see an option to de register it by myself.

It took around a week and a half for me to get a license transfer. You won't really get any response until the ticket is resolved.

Do i need to know the new owner yet ? I just want my license recoverd, so the new buyer could initially use it.
