Title: My registered Origin has disappeared from my products list.

Well once again I'm having a rather annoying issue with Arturia. I registered my Origin literally years ago and now I log in and my registered Origin is now no longer registered and for some strange reason it says I have there Mini Mg app as a registered product (which I haven't bought, nor do I have). Has anyone else ran into this or a similar problem?

Just checked and yes, similar thing here: both my Origins and Analog factory have disappeared from the list and also Analog Factory. iMini is there but I have it. Then there's The One with Mini V; I have bought Mini V.

Very annoying indeed, hopefully Arturia can fix this...

Same here, my Origin registration has disappeared.

Well, the web site has been totally redesigned and it's currently in a switch phase between the old and the new one. So it may be the reason of all this. I'll see that tomorrow with the guys in charge of the new web site.

Hello

Indeed it looks like you have no origin registered.
We will look into the database to see if something bad happened,

But reregister it if you need to contact the support

I noticed the Origin wasnt even in the list of items to register??  Cant be registered now?   ???
