Title: Feature request: Tie notes in sequencer
Post by: motone on September 09, 2014, 10:22:11 am
I own my MicroBrute now for a month and really love it.

Regarding the sequencer I'd even be more happy to see an update allowing the input of tied notes, not just rests.

Possible input procedure could be:
- Enter and hold a note key => sets note for current sequencer step
- Press Tap/Rest while still holding the note key => doubles note length of previous sequencer step

A thousand times yes.

Pretty sure people asked for this a year ago, too  :-\

Until we get this feature, you can create a pseudo-tie effect by setting the VCA to ENV and turning up the release time to 100%.  This will convert the rests between notes to ties.  Of course, you can't have both rests and ties in the same sequence unless you manually change the release time.

Peace \/

So much yes! That'd be really sweet if this was added in an update!
