Title: Saving Projects

Hello there,
If I uninstall Sparkle software and install it again on the same computer is it going to save my projects or does it wipe the projects out as well when you uninstall the software?  Also, if I want to install Sparkle on a different machine how can I carry the projects over to the different machine?  Thankyou!
