Hey! New to the forum so thanks in advance for any assistance that is provided.... Here is my issue... I purchased a Spark Creative Drum Machine in a pawnshop only to get it home and realize that the software that works with the hardware requires an authorization process. I registered the serial number at Arturia and also purchased an e licenser usb dongle. I downloaded the Spark software along with firmware updates etc. I am able to get the whole thing up and running in Pro Tools 11 but it still asks for an authorization code. My e licenser says that the serial number I entered for my machine gives me authorization to use the Brass software put the Spark software is nowhere to be found. What do I need to do to authorize the Spark software so that I can use it other than in demo mode? I really like the whole idea of the Spark. I even purchased the EDM expansion pack yesterday. Please help.
