My studio PC is rock solid and working fine with all hardware and software/plugins,
so I'm wondering what it takes to get Spark2 working in Sonar X3 with SparkLE as a MIDI input device...
You wouldn't think it'd be this difficult.
Both work fine in stand-alone mode.
Thanks for any input.

Spark 2 works smoothly with SonarX3.
Please check that in preferences SparkLE is not selected as a MIDI input or output.

I have a different issue with my Spark LE and Sonar X3. I cannot get the unit to appear in my VST instrument list. I checked the Spark.dll and made sure that it's in the Sonar VSt folder, but when I go to scan the plugins, I get the following error message:
VST SCAN ERROR: [Spark] Main Call
I have no idea what this refers to, but I've spent almost a week trying to get this to work.
I sent an email to Arturia tech support, but they have not been helpful.
Anybody out there have any ideas? Sonar is usually rock solid as far this stuff...

What is you Sonar exact version ?
I'm running Spark on Sonar X3 (X3e build 352)
Try ton install Spark VST in default installation folder :
c:\program files\vstplugins
And add this path into the Cakewalk plugin manager.
