Title: Analog Lab in Mainstage 3

I'm going through the process of narrowing down my choices of DAW's and live performance software for use with the Keylab 49 and Analog Lab.  I'm leaning towards Logix X and Mainstage 3.  After finding out that Analog Lab doesn't work in Garageband and there's no plan to make it compatible, I'm wondering if I'm going to run into the same problem using it in Mainstage 3?  Thank you for your input.
