Hello,
I just installed spark 2 on my PC, and it crashes cubase elements 7. Does anybody have the same problem?
use it with Spark creative drum machine controller.

It's working in 7.5 for me, however there is a known issue where it crashes on exit in Cubase.

Please give us more info about your system.
If you have a crash please post crash file !

I work with a PC under windows 8.1 ( intel i5 à 3.4Ghz and 8Go RAM) and a soundcard Focusrite Scarlett 6i6.
I'm using cubase element is 7.0.7 (64bits) and the v1.1.2 firmware of Spark creative Drum machine.
For info I never have pb with precedent spark versions. The standalone version of spark 2 works fine.
I attached the message I have before crash. I don't know where to find the logfile of the crash...

I don't know where to find the logfile of the crash...
Should be in USERS My Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps

I have the same problem. Cubase Elements 7.0 does not close correctly.
Here is the request.

This problem is not a real crash, and it doesen´t create a CrashDump.
There were no problems with Spark VDM - it appears since Spark 2.

It's a known problem, Arturia is already on it.

In my case, the crash happens when I try to load Spark in Cubase Elements. So I am not able to use it in cubase for the moment.

Just for info,
The only workaround I found till now, is to keep Spark v1.7.2 in VST plugin and use Spark v2 in standalone mode.
The 2.0.1 beta doesn't solve the pb.

Does it happen with a new empty project ?
Could you please follow those steps :
- uninstall Spark 1.7.2 and Spark 2.0.1 from you computer
- go to c:/programData/ and remove completely Spark folder.
- reinstall 2.0.1 beta 2 here :
