Title: Import of .spk Files does not work.

Hey there folks at Arturia,

.spk Files downloaded from this forum. Clicking "Import to Library" and selecting a directory containing .spk files shows all the .spk files greyed out. It's the same for both the plugin and the standalone.

Please refer to attached screenshot. The image also contains info on spark version and my system.

Hi,
I suspect you are using Spark Vintage which can not import .spk files.
The .spk files can only be opened by Spark (full version).

Hi Kevin,

I tried opening some custom user kits saved as SPK, and I wasn't able to do it in Spark 2 Beta. I do own Spark 1.7.2 licensed though, but I wasn't able to test it in 1.7.2 since I installed 2 Beta and 1.7.2 is crashing on start-up after that.

Is it not possible to load SPK file into Spark 2 Beta?

Hi Seiishu,
it should be able so if it is not working this is bug.
Please send a report with a link to one of your spk file if possible (not directly included in the mail because it's too big).

I am trying SPK file from this ZIP on this page:

None of them is showing when I open my folder where I placed them.

Is there any email address I could use to report this along with screenshot directly to?

Hi spark 2 cannot read spk files yet or can it work by putting them in a folder as the spk file needs to be imported /extracted  first I'm sure this is not in the beta yet .please check the known issues pdf.

Hi guys,
the spk import/export is now on the main toolbar right after the preset selector.

Hi kevin this seems not to work it only saves a doc file with no samples this is a import and export of preset data or bank data not complete projects.
it say in the known issues that its not implemented yet!

The issue is that the exported file does not have an spk extension but this should work.
So if this is not the case, this is a bug :)

Hi kevin your right the import is working but export does not work .it would be good if there was an indication that the import is done .
