I'm having problems registering my Spark, and when I emailed technical-inquiry@arturia.com, I received a ticket number, but when I tried to click on the fogbugz link, I got a DNS error. Is the support system down?

I still can't load http://fogbugz.arturia.com/fogbugz/default.asp?162764_qbbonbr5hk71h4ra in my browser. I'm guessing it's a DNS problem between there and there. *Shrug*
