Recently, I purchased an original Arturia Spark Controller that was a display model at a music store. However, I cannot register the product with Arturia. I have submitted two requests to Arturia technical support with no response. I have sent two emails to Arturia sales with no response from that department either. Can anyone advise on how I can register this product and obtain an activation code for the software?

As instructed, I have submitted the serial number and photo using the email address provided. I immediately received as case number from the tech support auto-email system. I hope that I can get this matter resolved soon. Thanks for your help.
