Title: Purchased V Collection 3.0 - Received no details - Got no answer to my mail

Hi,

on Saturday I purchased the V-Collection using the steinberg promotion campaign.

I paid via paypal (transactioncode from paypal: 2KG09259HN082231R) but got no response from arturia.
As it said on your website, that an email would arrive in between 12 hours, I waited.

Now it's monday afternoon, and I still got nothing.
An email I wrote to you (using your e-mail-form with the subject "sales") wasn't answered up to now.

I must confess, that I was an idiot, because i've bought the analog laboratory about 2 years ago,
and new the experience not to get answered by your support, and so on.
But over time someone forgets.

So would you please answer my mail and send me the activation code
or I have to contact paypal for not getting the paid article.

After i PMed David, I got the codes immediately from him (Thanks for that, David)
So if you have the same problem, try to PM him or jerome
