Title: How long it takes to get reply from arturia, since I purchased?

Today, I purchased V Collection through the Arturia site.
And I got my message from credit company, the payment is successful.

But after the payment I have no responses from Arturia.
How long it takes? Normally?
When can I get my registration numbers?

I'm very worried.

Otherwise, could you let me know when did you buy your soft (date and approximative hour if possible), and under which name?
