Title: Purchased V Collection 3.0 - Received No email with details

Hi - Hoping someone can help - I purchased V Collection 3.0 yesterday with the Steinberg promo code but haven't received any emails with download details of key's. I've checked my spam filters but still nothing. I see a few people have had a similar issue. I've emailed sales but was hoping that someone might see this - can anyone help?

Me too!   Ordered Saturday with the Steinberg promo code.  Money taken from card but no email yet.

I also tried to set up a new account, but it said my email was already in use (I have the free MiniMg-V from the World Music day promo in 2012), but I get no email when I choose the "Forgotten Password" option.

Hi, I have the same problem. I ordered on tuesday and wrote email to the support on thursday but i didn't receive any email.

Hi,

I also purchased V Collection 3.0 with the Steinberg promo code.  I paid with PayPal on the 23rd and haven't received any email.  I tried to set up a new account, but it wouldn't allow me to.

But no email with downloadinfo.

Hello, I see on the forum several people that ordered the V-Collection with the Steinberg discount offer are having problems. I too ordered it and paid via PayPal on 03/20/2014 but never received any download information from Arturia.  I have sent in two support requests but never heard back from them.  Any help you can be would be greatly appreciated.

Ordered, money taken of credit card, no downloadlink, no email, nothing.

i am another newbie in this forum with the same problem than many others. Saturday evening, 22.03., i purchased the V-Collection 3 with credit card, and still got neither an order confirmation, activation codes or what else. No answer on my E-mail.
I really want to know what is happen!
Can help me someone to get what i have paid for?
