Hi, I opened a tech support case a while ago to let you know that the serial number that I got with my controller was not working. You replied asking me to send in a photo of the registration card. I emailed you the photos around three weeks ago but I have not yet had a reply and still no usable serial number. Please help!
The tech case is number is 115655 and is still open unanswered.
Your help appreciated...
