Title: saving sparks vdm setting in vst instance.

sparks prefs are not saved whith the opened project , only in a kind of global settings.

the consequence of this is when you modify midi mapping(in gm or spark mode) on a project and open older project realized whith other settings, sparks behave not correctly. you have to retrieve the correspnding setting and do it every time you switch between different projects. >:(

the host is Nuendo.

another bug is the Spark track by default is named "-1". :(

Very bad, I hope they will fix it in the future...

A global settings is a good things but I want to save it whit the project, exactly how any other plugins works!
