Hi there,
I've recently bought an Analog Experience The Laboratory 49; used and in a very good condition. The original CD was included, and I also downloaded the latest software, from Arturia's website. The guy who sold me the keyboard also gave me the serial number and unlock key.
I installed the software, and tried to authorize; but I failed every time. This message is shown:
"Serial number unlock failed
Please check the following information:
Serial number
Unlock code
Product"
I checked a few times, in order to prevent typos. But I am sure that the info is correct; which still does not work at all.
How can I authorize my product? Why does it happen to me? Is this because the product may have been pre-authorized by the guy who sold it to me? What is the possible solution?
Thank you.

Did he not give you the CD and the manual with the reg card inside the front cover?

Hello, just bought one brand new today from the store, and still have the same problem.
Also, what is this :
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX for Software
XX-XXX-XXX-XXX for Hardware

I sold a Laboratory some time ago and have been unable to deregister it with Arturia. The buyer has been unable to register it, he gets the same message that you do. I have now had to buy back the Laboratory from him as he cannot register it. If you bought it from a shop return it, if you bought it privately then you might be stuck with it.
