Hi, new to the forums. I'm an employee for Mg Audio in Toronto, ON.
We have an Origin Desktop that has never been able to update properly since we received it. I believe it's still running version 1.0? We tried to run the update that was released today and the Origin just doesn't sync with the software. I see that in the pdf instructions it says to send the log file to Phillipe via a "file transfer utility"? I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction?

If you're connecting your Origin to a Mac, there's a patched version of Origin Connection you can find here:

If it still doesn't work then the logs would be very useful to me. To send them you can open a case with the support attaching the logs, or may be send me a "private" mail thru this forum.

You can also use the "Additional options" which are located under the text window where you type a message to this forum. When you disclose these options by clicking on the small rectangle on the left of the "Additional options" text (on a Mac computer), you'll find an "Attach" option.
