Title: Spark Expansion packs: French Nu Touch Vol.1 = wow! :)
Post by: Koshdukai on May 27, 2012, 03:38:26 am: I don't normally post about the Spark Expansion packs but this one made me open an exception.

Wow, what a fun and cool set of kits and patterns. Been jamming with these for a couple of hours and having lots of fun with these.

Great work! 8)

...and thanks for making it available for free at release.

Some users may not realize the amount of sample packs and kits (and inspirational patterns) they'll continue getting for free after buying Spark. That's a huge value for the money "little detail" (if those kits fit your needs and style) that most may easily forget.

Nope, AFAIK, the VDM isn't expandable like the full version of Spark (the one with the controller).

This little pack is so amazing, it even made me post about it... something I don't usually do with expansion packs ;D

If you mean the software only version, yes you can use them. Downloaded and installed here.

I may be reading these last couple of posts wrong? I have the Spark VDM / Software only version. These expansion packs dont install for me. I get an error, "Spark is not installed on this computer, please install Spark before then run this installer." - which sort of makes sense? Are you installing there with the Vintage only version?

Is you Spark GUI like this one?

What would I get if I buy the software version, I really don’t need the controller but i do want to get expansion kits. I see that some people say yes you can install them and others say no.

I am after getting patterns for hip hop, dub, and electronic music. Does the VDM come with kits with patterns? Can I install the expansion kits?
