Tech support, please help me out, I enter all 16 digits for the serial # but an error message comes up saying "YOU TYPED AN INVALID SERIAL #".

Hi,
the 16 digits long serial is for the registration on the Arturia website (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/). After registering The Player to Your Account (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/community/my-account.html) you receive an 8 digits long activation code to unlock the software.

If anyone encounters any error message with the serial number / unlock code couple, please fill a Tech Support inquiry from your account.

I'm also having the same problem, with a "0724" serial number. Returned my first version to guitar center (after much resist from gc). They replaced for this one, also with a "0724" s/n and still no luck. I filed a tech report on the first product, but did not hear back within 3 days. If someone could contact me personally I'd greatly appreciate it! Really excited to add analog player as a part of my home studio!

I'm also having a problem with a "0724" serial. I emailed them about my problem and they opened up a case for me.
Waited 3 days...
Then i wrote to them again and asked if they found a solution yet. The day after they asked for a photo of my registration card (took a picture emailed it back) After that i got this message that said:
"We have just un-registered the Analog Player from another account, Now you can register it properly" ???
Still no luck and i haven't heard from them in 3 days, This is getting anoying.

Just got a new unlock code and now it works perfectly. Sweet! ;D
