Title: MiniMg still not working, Been waiting for tech help for almost 4 months.

I own Arturia V Collection, MiniMg hasn't worked since the day I got it. I Haven't had any proper support or responses to some emails. Why buy $500 software if you potentially can't even use it and don't receive help from the developer?
