Title: lisence transfer

Hello,
 I am in the process of selling my Spark and the prospective buyer is concerned about the transfer. I believe Dennis covered this topic recently, but I haven't been able to find it.
Could you please repost the process?
BTW, I really enjoyed this product and would not be selling it if not for some financial issues.
Once again, thanks for the great, free drum kits and the attention to details here on the forum.

OOPs,
Found it. Kevin had actually answered it. i have to unregister the unlock in my account.

Ok, so I just went into my account and deleted my registration #.
So, when the buyer gets this ( 2 days from now), he should be able to use the original unlock key..I'm going to direct him to this one sided conversation, so if an administrator can chime in, that would be great..

Well, that didn't go as planned..
Now i've got my seller friend's ebay reputatution on the line and I have a feeling this guy never even contacted you....
I guess I'm back on the team...

"Randy: Since Arturia Never responded to multiple emails from Day 1 giving some one 3 days is not even suggested. The issue is I get this product is registered to another user. NO WORK AROUNDS NO HELP from Arturia.

No where did you mention license transfer in the listing . In fact you mentioned Includes Spark controller, manual, installation disk, unlock key, and usb cable.

Well guess what the unlock key does not work! Hence item is not what was advertised

I wish to send this back immediately I have tried for a week to get this to work and it does not.

I can't find anything in our tracker, form you or your "friend".
If you have a case number, please send it to me through private message.
If you have a serial number + unlock code couple, please send it to me through private message.
If you have anything that could help us figure out what you are speaking about, please send it to me through private message.
