Title: can not authorize or unlock "the player"

After looking through the forum I have found that a lot of people are having issues authoizing thheir products. At first , before becoming a member of this forum, I though that I might have an anomoly, I mean I have never had  issues befor with authorizinng any of my products before. Eg. Alesis, korg, maudio, native istruments etc. I would think that if a customer had issues in this department, tech support would be jumping all over this. I mean what company would want products that can't be used?? My player has been sitting in my studio collecting dust!  I hope this issue can be rectified soon. Still no help with my problem.
