I'm using the demo SEM V, and I've tried the Modulation Matrix: Source: Mod Wheel for Destination: Vibrato (LFO 1), but the Mod Wheel/Joy stick for modulation, or pitch bend never seems to work. Any solution to this, or anyone having the same problem with an external MIDI (mine is a Korg DS-8) keyboard? iMac OSX 10.6.8 with Cubase LE4.

Do you have set also the "Amount:" of the connection?
-
Yes, I have set Amounts of 1.0, 0, -1.0, and numbers in between and the joystick never affects anything. It doesn't matter if it's a factory preset or not. The joystick works fine with my other Arturia software synths.

And does the Mod Wheel work with other matrix destinations than the Vibrato ?
-
No, the joystick never affects anything. I can activate no modulation of any kind, or any pitch bending of any kind (using the joystick). On the patch PW_Model600_BA (my favorite SEM V bass patch), the Velocity does effect the VCF Frequency nicely, but Mod Wheel/joystick affects nothing.

Hi
I send you an email to progress on this issue. If anyone else encounter the same issue please send me a PM.

I know Arturia is already aware of this, though maybe a customer or potential customer knows the answer. I downloaded SEM-V version 1.1 today and now the joystick works in the stand-alone version of SEM-V, but the joystick doesn't work at all within Cubase LE4. Anybody know how to fix this?
