Title: Please Help! Locked out of my old account!

I bought the Arturia Synth "V" Collection around 2008, and registered all of them under an email that has since expired and been closed.  I want access to technical support, but the website does not recognize me, and it will not let me re-register my synths even though I have the serial numbers.

I have a account with my new email address, but none of my synths are linked to it, and I cannot access technical support.

My concern is that I am now traveling with my synths and dongle.  I want to be sure that if I lose or break the dongle that Arturia will issue me a replacement.  I do not want to lose all my synths!

I have written three (3) emails in the last few weeks to Arturia, and have not received a single reply at all.  Please help!

I am having a similar problem. I have a dongle for my Prophet V plugin.

Had an old account but it doesn't let me log in. I made a new account via ASC and it lists the two Prophet plugins on my system: v2 and the newly downloaded v3. The dongle doesn't wake my Prophet V (v2) activated, only demo.

Even though I seem to have created a new account via ASC, when I go to the website and try to log in, it doesn't recognize me. I tried to click technical support, but ridiculously it asks me to log in to ask a technical question about not being able to log in!! Super frustrating and no phone number! Also, when trying to log in, there are two fields just below the captcha that the website wants me to fill in, however there are no descriptions as to what I should be entering there. I ended up just typing periods, but it just returned me to a blank form to register. I'm really stuck here.

Arturia, help us!
